A DIY wedding at the Argonaut Rowing Club in Toronto

I really should title this wedding Meagan, James and Nan.
Nan is Meagan’s dog and was her maid of honour.
She played a key role in them becoming a couple so it was only fair to include her in their day.

Meagan is a blogger and we both follow each other on Instagram.
When Meagan contacted me to shoot their wedding and told me what she was planning,
I was immediately sold.
I knew that this day was going to be one for the books.

Meagan and James are both incredibly down to earth, laid back, funny people.
They just get each other and are so in love.
I’m not one to describe grown adults as adorable, but they’re kind of adorable.

In Meagan’s speech, she recounted how she’s always said, ‘you never know.’
And James would often reply with, ‘sometimes you DO know.’
These two both knew.

Here is Meagan and James (and Nan’s) story.
